- Dive Type: Shark, wall
- Max Depth: 30m
- Avg Depth: 14-18m
- Visibility: 10m to 20m, depending on swell, surge and wind.
- Level required: Open Water / CMAS*, Advanced OW or CMAS** preferred because there’s quite a bit of stuff to see beyond 18m/20m
- Description: This site is situated just in front of the Padang Bai bay. There is a mooring to which the boat attaches itself, go down from there on a shallow plateau, turn southwards until you reach the edge of the plateau, nice slope down to 20m, turn east and follow the slope/wall, there you will find 3 small caves with resident sharks. Go a bit deeper and you find some more caves. Then slowly swim back towards the shallows going north-westwards.
- Advantages: The closest dive site from the shop, probably reachable in less than a minute! Sharks are a near guarantee here…
- Activities: Shark dive, Orientation
- Marine Life: Whitetip reef sharks, sea turtles, cuttlefish, stingrays, octopus, trevallies, fusiliers, mantis shrimps, nudibranchs, puffers, morays, devilfish…
